About the event
Join Asha Frost for this 90-minute circle as we explore Indigenous teachings, reflection, and gentle ceremony inspired by Bear Medicine. Together, we’ll listen for what our bodies have been trying to tell us, release the pressure to keep pushing through, and remember that periods of stillness are not empty - they are sacred places where healing, clarity, and renewal begin.
